Terms and conditions.

Description of:

This is a graphite or coloured drawing produced by the artist. It will be of the picture provided by the owner. If the photograph isn't high quality the artist has the right to turn down the piece.

Photograph rights:

If the picture was not taken by the owner permission must be received from the photographer before proceeding.

Payment:

Payment will be taken by PayPal . A 50% deposit will be required to secure your order. Once the drawing has started this is non refundable. After the drawing is finished the rest of the payment must be received before the piece will be shipped out. Only minor details can be changed, if you are not happy with the final piece the rest of the payment will not be required and the artwork will not be sent out.

Starting dates and finishing dates:

A rough starting date will be told to the client when the order is placed. When I start the drawing the client will be contacted and a estimated finish date will be set. The client will also be notified when the piece has been dispatched, once it has been set the artist is no longer responsible for how long it takes to be received.

Returns:

Returns are only excepted if the product has been damaged before the receiving the package. If this is the case, the artist must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the art. The posting costs of returning the art is entirely the clients responsibility.

Copyright:

The artist has the copyright for the work, therefore can use it on social media, this website and for their portfolio. Clients to not have the rights to sell copies of this work in any way shape or form unless given permission by the artist. If the artwork is a present for someone, it will not be shared until the gift has been received.

Data Protection:

The following data will need to be collected by the artists: name, address and email. Once the work has been received all records of email, address and reference photos will be deleted or destroyed.
